Tuesday Talks: Justin Shea - Open for All?

Please join the Architecture Department for our weekly Tuesday Talks series, this week featuring Justin Shea, presenting Open for All?

Justin Shea is a designer, architect, and builder. He founded Studio Shea in 2017 as an interdisciplinary design studio based in Brooklyn, NY. The practice seeks to explore intersections between design, social impact and contemporary art. Previously Justin was a Project Manager at Snøhetta, where he led public and cultural projects throughout North America. Justin's work has received awards and international recognition in the US, Canada, England and Japan. He has lectured in the US and Europe and has been an invited critic at Columbia University, MIT, Massachusetts College of Art, Wentworth Institute of Technology and New York Institute of Technology. He received his Masters of Architecture from MIT and Bachelors of Fine Arts from the Massachusetts College of Art and Design.
