You are invited to join the Studio for Interrelated Media in taking a breath after this year's contentious election with Matthew Garza and Steven Choummalaithong from The Haus of Glitter. Our guests will do a short performance followed by a presentation about their project living in the former home of Esek Hopkins, commander of the slavery ship as an endurance-based performance + community activation + historic intervention.  Learn about their approach to transform this racist national monument through research, local + state + national activism, community wellness, and multidisciplinary art + performance. Participants will have space for questions + discussion to explore the ways we want to intervene in the world and preserve not only our past, but our present and future.
