As part of the New England Forestry Foundation's " Local Wood: Grow, Build, Live" Webinar Series, MassArt Instructor Mitch Ryerson and students Marc Guerrero and Nicole Garcia will present the Fall '19 Sustainable Furniture class project that built the tables for the NEFF boardroom in Acton, MA. 

The discussion will explore the connections between sustainable forestry and craft woodworking, giving insight into how local wood can be used to create beautiful and sustainable goods to meet the challenges we face from global climate change.
