What have 10 years of graduate design education taught us? How must we teach design across the next 10? We’re convening our community of alumni, practitioners, and educators to tackle the hard questions:

• The Academy–Practice Gap: 10 cohorts of alumni share what principles from the classroom mattered most in their careers and what they had to learn on the job.**
• Teaching Design for the Past & Next Decades: A conversation with the MDes founder and current MDes chair on preparing creative leaders for an uncertain, AI-impacted landscape.
• Hands-On Service Design Workshop: An applied studio session exploring how we design resilient design education for the coming era.

Whether you're an alum, design practitioner, educator, or prospective graduate student, we invite you to join the conversation!

**MDes Alumni: Interested in participating the Academy-Practice Gap session? Please complete this short form to indicate your interest.
