Join us at MassArt x SoWa, on Friday 7.12 at 5pm, for an in-person artist panel discussion exploring the multifaceted theme of motherhood in contemporary art. Featured artists will delve into topics including societal pressures and constraints regarding caretaking and art-making, the decolonization of motherhood, the impact of guilt on creative expression as artist mothers, the challenges of balancing motherhood, artistic practice, societal expectations, and more.
