Are you ready to sell your work face to face? Selling at art markets and pop-up shops is an art unto itself. In this talk we'll learn best practices for applying to markets, designing exciting displays, and engaging customers, as well as some practical tips to keep things running smoothly on the day of the event.
Whether you're preparing to sell at markets for the first time, thinking about doing a pop-up shop, or just looking to level up your event selling game, this talk will have actionable information for all levels.
About the Instructor
Jen Palacio was once a corporate project manager and process improvement expert. She is now a printmaker and designer with a letterpress studio and brick & mortar and online stationery shop, Tiny Turns Paperie. Jen has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from BU and a Master’s in Sustainability and Environmental Management from Harvard. In addition to the shop and studio, she co-organizes several annual craft markets and teaches courses in the Sustainability Program at the Harvard Extension School.
