Join us for a unique opportunity to create art with MassArt faculty and students!

Under the guidance of MassArt 3D Arts faculty and Eutectic Arts Founder Marjee-Anne Levine and current MassArt students, participants carve their own design into a "scratch block" (a pre-formed mold made of resin-bonded sand) and watch as the design is cast in metal. Aluminum will be melted on site and poured into the scratch blocks created by each participant. Within minutes the metal will solidify and be cooled and finished by the MassArt team. Each participant will walk away with their own custom cast aluminum art. This program is for tweens & tweens ages 10 - 18.

This event is made possible by MassArt, Eutectic Arts, and the Massachusetts Libraries Board of Library Commissioners. 

All participants must sign a waiver to participate. Anyone under the age of 18 must have their guardian or parent sign their waiver. These waivers will be emailed in advance to you upon registration, including waitlisted attendees.
