Join us in welcoming faculty emerita, Elizabeth Resnick, who will be presenting her new book Women Graphic Designers: Rebalancing the Canon. The book features illustrated essays of 42 undervalued and marginalized female graphic designers from diverse global cultures who worked professionally during the 20th century (1900–1999). Each essay critically explores each subject's challenges and alternative approaches when faced with professional roadblocks or personal and family dilemmas.

As an acclaimed author and curator, Resnick has shaped graphic design scholarship globally. 

On November 12th at 1 pm she will be introducing her book and taking questions. There will be time for visiting and refreshments.
