Communication Design Department Fall 2022 Lecture Series

Jon Key is a designer, painter, and educator based in Brooklyn, NY. He is co-founder of the acclaimed studio Morcos Key, and the multi-disciplinary collective, Codify Art. In 2020, Jon was selected for Forbes 30 under 30 Art and Style list. His paintings have been exhibited internationally, and his illustrations were commissioned for the New York Times Magazine's 1619 Issue. Jon has taught at MICA, Parsons, and the American University in Beirut, and was the Frank Stanton Chair in Graphic Design at the Cooper Union from 2018–19 .
