This is an annual fund raiser, taking place since 2009, made possible by MassArt's Ceramics Department and SGA club Clay for Change. MassArt's Center for Arts Community Partnerships is also involved in this project.  The faculty, students and community members created 300 ceramic bowls which are sold as part of a soup tasting event sponsored by Haley House in Nubian Square.   This is an annual event, always happening the week after the football Super Bowl.  The money raised which is about $10,000 annually supports the Haley House Soup Kitchen, Purchase tickets for the event at https://haleyhouse.org/souperbowl15/.  It's a great cause and you go home happily fed with a beautiful bowl.
