Group Fitness Challenge on IG Live - WIT Fit Rec

FitRec has devised a new assortment of virtual group fitness classes to help keep you going and to add to that step count for our walking challenge.  All the classes that you see below are offered for free on our Instagram account @witfitrec  at the time indicated.

NO equipment is required to participate.

Class lengths are as indicated

7:00 PM              Gentle Wind Down Yoga With Carley (50 minutes)
