DESCRIPTION:The Entrepreneurship Lunch Series brings the founders of creati
 ve businesses to campus for roundtable lunchtime discussions. These talks a
 re open to the whole MassArt community. Join us for free pizza and exciting
  discussions with the entrepreneurs behind some of the coolest businesses i
 n Massachusetts. \n\n \n\nFor this lunch we'll be joined by Sneha Shrestha 
 (aka IMAGINE)\, an artist and social entrepreneur whose work will be instan
 tly recogizable to anyone who has spent time on campus. \n\n \n\nMore About
  Sneha\n\nIMAGINE (aka Sneha Shrestha) is a Nepali artist who incorporates 
 her native language and meshes the aesthetics of Sanskrit scriptures with g
 raffiti influences. She has shown her meditative works in several exhibitio
 ns\, commissioned works and public walls around the world from Kathmandu to
  Boston.\n\nSneha’s painting Home416 was recently acquired into the Permane
 nt Collection of Museum of Fine Arts\, Boston making her the first contempo
 rary Nepali artist to ever be acquired in the history of the MFA. Her new w
 ork is a thirty-foot sculpture commissioned by the Isabella Stewart Gardner
  Museum currently on view. She was recognized by WBUR as one of the 25 mill
 ennial artists of color impacting Boston and recognized as Outstanding Arti
 st of the Year by the Center for Arts at the Armory. Shrestha’s work is hel
 d in the private collections of Facebook\, Google and Fidelity Investments.
 \n\n Sneha is also an educator and social entrepreneur. She established Nep
 al’s first Children’s Art Museum to provide a creative space where children
  and youth can develop 21st century skills through project based art experi
 ences. \n\n Sneha received her Master’s from Harvard University. Besides cr
 eating larger than life murals and paintings\, Sneha passionately supports 
 Asian art by working as the Arts Program Manager at the South Asia Institut
 e at Harvard.
