The Technology department is migrating from our on-premise Colleague instance to the Ellucian cloud from Wed., Dec. 2nd, 2020 at 5pm until Mon. Dec. 7th, 2020.

During the migration period, Colleague's interfaces, including Self-Service and UI5, will not be available, and no transactions in Colleague will be possible.

Technology staff may not be available during the migration period except for emergencies. 
 

Issues should be immediately reported via email to helpdesk@massart.edu with the title SaaS Migration in the Subject: line.

Unanticipated issues with a migration of this magnitude are inevitable, please be patient as it will take some time to address identified issues.
