 . Studying industrial design laid the foundation for Brain Child\, and for
  the shoe he had been working toward throughout his professional life.\n\n
 On Friday\, May 8\, 2026\, the MassArt DMC building will host the official
  launch of the collaboration. The event will bring together the Brain Chil
 d community and MassArt design students\, offering the opportunity to purc
 hase the sneakers alongside a panel discussion exploring the future of foo
 twear collaboration and how emerging designers can make meaningful impact
