Your resume is more than a list of jobs, classes, and projects—it's your unique story. In this interactive workshop, you'll learn how to translate your experiences into a compelling narrative that demonstrates to employers who you are, what you can do for them.

Through guided activities, you'll identify your strengths, uncover themes across your experiences, and learn how to identify and communicate the skills you have that employers want. You'll leave with practical strategies for creating a resume that feels authentic, and is uniquely you.

In this workshop, you'll:

  • Learn how employers read resumes and what catches their attention
  • Discover how to tell a story through your experiences
  • Identify transferable skills from classes, projects, leadership roles, and work experiences
  • Explore ways to highlight your creative identity

Open to all students—BFA, Master's, International, and CP Program students—regardless of major or year. **Sophomores and juniors are especially encouraged to attend— this is the time to get ready to apply for internships.**
