The MassArt Graduate Programs are pleased to present the 2026 MFA THESIS EXHIBITION | PART I. Curated by MassArt Art Museum Executive Director Lisa Tung and MassArt x SoWa Director Felicia Scott Flint, Part I of this year's MFA Thesis Exhibition is on view March 28 - April 19 at MassArt x SoWa, with a First Friday reception on April 3 from 5-9pm.

ON-CAMPUS MFA THESIS COMPONENT (Exhibition + Media Installation):

• The 2026 MassArt MFA Thesis includes a concurrent student-curated on-campus exhibition. Featuring the eleven 2026 MFA graduates in 2D/3D Studio Arts, Photography, and Film/Video, this exhibition will be on view at the Patricia Doran Graduate Gallery  April 27 - June 5, with a reception (5-8pm) and special, one-night only, Media Installation in D309, on Thursday, May 7.

PUBLIC ARTIST TALKS

• The eleven featured 2026 Master of Fine Arts candidates will also present PUBLIC ARTIST TALKS on Thursday, May 7 at 2:00pm EST via Zoom and in the MassArt Screening Room 1.  REGISTER HERE.

THEATRICAL SCREENING

• Join us in viewing the works from the three Film/Video graduate candidates during a theatrical screening at the MFA Boston on May 8th!
