The Student Employment Showcase is being held as a way for students to meet staff from MassArt offices, divisions & studios that expect to hire for work-study and on-campus positions throughout the 2024-25 academic year.

This is a virtual and live interactive event that will operate much like a career fair and will be hosted on the Handshake platform. Each participating area will offer a 30-minute session with a short presentation followed by a Q&A for students to ask questions. Information will include information about what they do, typical student positions they hire for, and the expected hiring timeline and application process. We encourage students to join sessions, turn their cameras on, and meet hiring managers.

Additionally, there will be an information and Q&A session from Financial Aid about work-study and a session by Career Development about resumes and application tips. The Showcase is open to all students from First-Years through Seniors.

*Please note that offices hire at different times of the academic year and not all offices start their hiring process in the fall. Please attend all sessions you are interested in to understand their timelines to know what to expect and can plan ahead! This event is only held once a year.*

Registration is now open!

How to Participate
