Our fourteen 2024 MFA candidates in 2D and 3D Fine Arts, Photography, and Film/Video will discuss their culminating thesis work, their MassArt graduate program experience, and their broader art practices. Curated by MassArt Art Museum Executive Director Lisa Tung, MassArt MFA Thesis 2024 will be on view at MassArt x SoWa April 27 - May 26, with a concurrent component on campus at the Patricia Doran Graduate Gallery, with a reception and theatrical screening of time-based works on May 10.

ON-CAMPUS MFA THESIS COMPONENT (Exhibition + Screening):

The 2024 MassArt MFA Thesis includes a concurrent student-curated on-campus exhibition, Emergence. Featuring the fourteen 2024 MFA graduates in 2D/3D Fine Arts, Photography, and Film/Video, Emergence is on view at the Patricia Doran Graduate Gallery  April 29 - June 7, with a reception (5-7pm) and theatrical screening (7-8pm) on Friday, May 10.
