Students: you are now able to submit your FAFSA earlier! The FAFSA for the 2017-18 academic year has been available since October 1, 2016.
Beginning with the 2017-18 FAFSA, students are required to report "prior-prior-year" income and tax information. For example, on the 2017-18 FAFSA, students (and parents, as appropriate) must report 2015 income and tax information, rather than 2016.
MassArt's priority deadline for filing the 2017-18 FAFSA is March 1, 2017. Massachusetts residents should file by May 1, 2017 in order to be considered for the MASSGrant.
